The Mindful Way to Wellness

An 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program. This group is appropriate for people diagnosed with depression, anxiety or PTSD looking for concrete coping skills in a supportive environment. 

MBCT is a well-researched model consistently shown to dramatically improve 

peoples' functioning and sense of well-being.

Brave-Hearted: A Woman's Journey to Healing          A personal-growth group for those who identify as female interested in deep healing work, combining mindful-

ness meditation and hypnotherapy.
